During a previous conversation about her toddler songs (more about those in the episode) Lee told Jen about EFT, Emotional Freedom Therapy, and they did an impromptu session. It was life-changing for Jen! After having guilt most of her life about everything (mostly things no one else would think about feeling guilty for) Jen was able to ditch the guilt and knew you had to hear about EFT.

Young children need guidance, and sometimes they don't want to do what we need them to do. so Lee created special songs for parents to learn to motivate them to follow directions. Quick, simple, and catchy, these songs can help you and your child both stay calm and focused on the task at hand - and have some fun in the process.
